Books & Proposals are free · No credit card · Add-ons priced per business, never per user
Each app works great on its own — but together they share contacts, data, and context across your entire operation.
Simple bookkeeping that actually makes sense.
Win work faster with proposals clients can accept online.
Project management without the project manager.
Client relationships without the enterprise overhead.
The last business card you'll ever need.
And more on the way — Property, Booking, Referrals & beyond.
Your quotes, invoices, clients and business details live in one place, so you stop retyping the same thing into three tools and the mistakes that come with it.
Your logo and business details are already on it.
They accept from their phone. You get an email the moment they do.
Lines, discount and client come straight from the quote.
Books lists the $4,850 as owed to you. When the client pays, Books marks it paid. Nothing to type twice.
Your client accepts online and one click turns the quote into an invoice. No retyping line items.
Your name, logo and address appear on every quote and invoice, in every app. Change them in one place.
Clients you add in Proposals are ready to pick in Books. Fix a name or email once and both apps have it.
Invite up to three people and choose which apps each one can use. One password gets them into all of them.
Send an invoice from Proposals and Books records it, and the payment when it comes in.
Snap a receipt, approve it, and it lands in the right category.
Every dollar paid to each vendor, ready for your accountant.
Track income and expenses, import from your bank, and see where your money goes — without the QuickBooks learning curve.
Build a clean, professional quote, send it as a link, and let your client accept it online — then invoice it in one click.
Kanban boards, calendar view, and time tracking — purpose-built for small teams that want structure, not ceremony.
Pipelines, contact history, and follow-up reminders. Simple enough to actually use — powerful enough to grow with you.
Digital business cards with NFC, QR, and analytics. Share your info in a tap — and see who actually followed up.
Zero onboarding. No setup wizards. No 40-field forms. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can run your business on simpleWhirks.
Every feature exists because a real small business needs it. No enterprise bloat, no pointless dashboards, no paywalled essentials.
One client list. Clients you add in Proposals are ready to pick in Books, and your business details appear everywhere. No retyping.
Most small businesses pay for 3–5 separate tools that don't talk to each other. simpleWhirks replaces them with one connected platform — at a fraction of the cost.

Yes, to start. Books bookkeeping is free, and Proposals is free with invoicing included — no credit card for either. In Books, the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable add-ons are free during early access (normally $9.99 a month each). Pricing is per business, never per user.
Books and Proposals are available today. Tasks, CRM, and LastCard are rolling out next — sign up now and you'll get access as each one goes live.
QuickBooks and HubSpot are two separate tools that don't share data. simpleWhirks is one suite with one login and one contact list. Today, Books handles your bookkeeping for free and Proposals sends your quotes and invoices. A CRM, task manager and business card app are on our roadmap, so we don't replace HubSpot yet.
Yes. simpleWhirks is built specifically for solopreneurs, home businesses, and small teams. There are no per-user fees, no enterprise onboarding, and no features you'll never use.
Absolutely. Books is free for individual users. You can run your entire business — bookkeeping, clients, proposals — from one login, with zero team management overhead.
No. If you can use Gmail or Google Docs, you can use simpleWhirks. There are no setup wizards, no training required, and no IT department needed.
Books and Proposals share one client list today. A client you add in Proposals is ready to pick in Books, and fixing a name or email in one app fixes it in both. Tasks, CRM, and LastCard will use the same list as they launch.
Yes, into Books. You can import your bank statements as CSV files and bring over your chart of accounts. Contacts are not imported yet.
Final pricing will be announced as each app launches. Our commitment: flat-rate pricing, never per-user, and the bundle will always cost less than competing tools you'd stitch together.
Yes. simpleWhirks uses encrypted connections, role-based access control, CAPTCHA-protected auth flows, and daily backups. Your data is yours — you can export it at any time.
Yes. Invite up to 3 people per business at no extra cost, and choose which apps each person can use. Your accountant can be one of them, or you can export your reports and send them over.
Start with Books or Proposals — both free, no credit card. Add Tasks, CRM, and LastCard as they launch.
